Document Description
Copart, Inc. has submitted an application to the City of Adelanto for a Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit to develop an approximately 26.73-acre overflow vehicle storage facility on five parcels (APNs 3128-331-01, -02, -04, -07, and -08) located at the southeast corner of Koala Road and Holly Road. The Project will provide temporary storage for totaled vehicles associated with the existing Copart Adelanto operation. Proposed improvements include grading, installation of a rock ballast parking surface, perimeter security fencing, drainage improvements, landscaping, and one gated commercial access driveway from Koala Road. No buildings or permanent structures are proposed. The facility will operate Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
