Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number AMA-68758 -R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Randall Hubach. The project is limited to the removal of an approximately 400 square foot patch of riparian vegetation beneath the Sutter Creek access bridge consisting of nonnative vegetation species such scotch broom (Cytisus scoparius) shrubs and Himalayan blackberry (Rubus armeniacus), as well as fewer than 10 native arroyo willows (Salix lasiolepis) measuring approximately 1.5 inches diameter at breast height. Vegetation will be removed at the root to prevent regrowth.
