Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), using state funding, is proposing a routine highway maintenance project to the southbound overhead that crosses over the Union Pacific Railroad alignment on Interstate 5 near the City of Mount Shasta in Siskiyou County. The project will remove 2.25” of low slump dense concrete overlay and replace with a 2.25” polyester concrete overlay. The joint seals will be replaced at both abutments. New striping and marking will be included.
