Document Description
Caltrans proposes a safety improvement project to upgrade four (4) separate crosswalks in Sierra County, along State Route (SR) 49, from Post Mile (PM) 60.28 to 61.04. This project is needed to reduce the number and severity of potential pedestrian-related collisions at intersections with crosswalks.
All work will be within existing Caltrans right of way, and no new pavement will be required. Project will not require staging or temporary construction easements
