The proposed Project involves the paving of eight (8) dirt or partially paved existing alley segments to meet Air District requirements. All alley paving will be done within existing City right-of-way. Existing dirt surfaces will be graded, and a layer of asphalt will follow. Existing utility boxes will be raised to grade.
