Document Description
The purpose of this project is to make multiple repairs and upgrades to the Independence Maintenance Station to extend the facility's service life. The Independence Maintenance Station needs repairs and upgrades to multiple systems, including cooling system work (replacement of swamp coolers) and publing system work (sewer pump replacement). In addition, bird exclusion netting will be installed to deter birds from nesting and roosting in the equipment bay.
