The Project proposes the annexation of Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs) 013-050-458 and 013-061-098, located at. 2158 N. Bass Avenue, into the City limits. Both properties are intended to facilitate future residential development and have been identified in the City's 6th Cycle Housing Element Sites Inventory as suitable for residential development.as there is insufficient developable land within the City limits to fulfill the City's Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA).
