Rehabilitate approximately 21,000 square feet of the existing asphalt concrete pavement by cold plane (grinding) the existing surface to a depth of 0.17 foot (2-inches), and constructing a 2-inch (0.17) overlay of fiber-reinforced hot mix asphalt (FRMA). Construct repairs up to a 4-inch maximum depth at limited locations of about 500 square feet. Project benefits DSPUD customers.
