Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Pacific Bell Telephone Company dba AT&T California to perform two (2) 4-inch by 4-inch excavation pits approximately 3 feet in depth, to repair blocked AT&T conduit within Caltrans right-of-way and perform associated temporary traffic control activities, on Avalon Blvd. at State Route (SR) 105, at postmile R8.28, located in the City and County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 42 inches, an average width of 48 inches, and a maximum length of 4 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
