The approved conditional use permit (16-019A) permits these activities to operate within an 8,045 square foot building on an existing 20,900 square foot industrial facility. Pre-application review has found the project to be consistent with planning and zoning. he Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code, Section 26012, approved a commercial cannabis distribution license submitted on 8/11/2026 by Nicolas Iattoni.

alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. The site can be adequately served by all required utilities and public services. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
