Project is located on State Route 99 in Tulare, 0.2 miles south of Ave. 120 overcrossing to 0.1 mile north of Elk Bayou. Work involves removing and replacing RHMA-O (0.10’) and RHMA-G (0.20’) with dig-out repairs at various failed locations from post mile 19.5 to post mile 25.2, along with fog seal and 2-foot shoulder backing where needed. Chevron markings to be applied on gore areas of the ramps from post mile 15.1 to 19.5. All work stays within the Caltrans right of way.
