Document Description
On August 13, 2026, the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Water Board) issued a Statewide Restoration General Order Notice of Applicability (NOA) to the Scott River Watershed Council for the Scott River Watershed Restoration Program. The Program proposes to conserve, restore, protect, or enhance, and assist in the recovery of California native fish and wildlife, and the habitat upon which they depend and restore or provide habitat for California native fish and wildlife. The Program is designed to benefit Southern Oregon/Northern California Coast coho salmon, Chinook salmon, steelhead, Klamath River lamprey, and Pacific lamprey. The Program includes phased restoration of aquatic and upland habitats within the Scott River Watershed. This notice is to advise that the Regional Water Board issued the above-described NOA on the date signed below.
