Document Description
VVCSD proposes to construct three (3) new replacement potable water wells, with a maximum expected yield of approximately 800 to 1,350 gallons per minute (gpm), to replace existing Wells 1B, 3A, and 3B, as they reach the end of their functional lifespan. Each new well would be equipped with electrical service, metering, monitoring, and security infrastructure, and would be connected to the District's existing water distribution system through new lateral connections and replacement pipelines extending to the District's existing Well Site 1. Temporary construction staging would occur in the vicinity of Exit 702/704 from SR-1. Construction is anticipated to take approximately 30 months, from July 2027 through December 2029.
