Document Description
This project is an Addendum to the Cooperative Agreement among POLA, POLB (each a Port and collectively, Ports) and SCAQMD that seeks to develop plans for zero-emission infrastructure for port-related operations. The proposed Addendum includes three new incentive- based and funding measures for zero-emission infrastructure relating to ocean- going vessels and trucks, defines a role for SCAQMD during development and implementation, a commitment to a public process, enforcement, and reporting during the 5- year term of the original agreement.
