Document Description
Kern County Public Works proposes a road rehabilitation project on South Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, from Casa Loma Drive to State Route 58. The work to be performed consists, in general, of the construction of paving hot mix asphalt, cold planing asphalt concrete, constructing survey monument encasements, constructing a bus pad, installing inductive loop detectors, and painting thermoplastic traffic stripes and pavement markings.
