Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) will demolish and remove an abandoned home, carport, and small outbuildings that occur on the Cottonwood Creek Unit of the wildlife area. An abandoned home and associated outbuildings will be demolished and removed. The structures include a 1900 square foot house (approximate), a 900 square foot storage shed, a covered patio area and a small portable shed. Concrete foundations/patios/sidewalks will also be removed as a part of this project. An existing well and septic system will be disconnected from the home, capped and/or otherwise disabled. The septic system will be removed and regraded following excavation and removal.
