Document Description
The City of Adelanto, in its capacity as a Lead Agency, is reviewing an application that would involve the approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for container and tractor-trailer parking on the project site. The development site spans across four parcels for a gross land area of 10.2 acres and 8.5 net acres. The project site is currently vacant and undeveloped. The project would include an 1,800 square foot office, two retention basins, a future 10,000 square foot truck repair shop, and the remaining space would be used for trailer or container parking. The proposed project would allow for a total of 314 truck trailer and/or container parking spaces and 7 stalls for office parking including one ADA stall.
