Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TRI-66943-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Dustin Tillinghast. The purpose of the project is to implement corrective actions to comply with Cleanup and Abatement and Water Code Section 13267 Investigative Order No. R1-2023-0036 from the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, and a CDFW Notice of Violation, for impacts to Oregon Gulch and associated tributaries resulting from unauthorized activities including stream channel relocation, impoundment, and obstruction. The project will include removal of one stream crossing, breaching of a constructed channel in four locations to restore floodplain connectivity, removal of the remnants of an onstream impoundment to restore additional floodplain connectivity, and removal of deleterious materials placed where they may enter waters of the state.
