Document Description
Caltrans proposes installing wrong-way driver prevention measures at 30 locations in San Francisco and Santa Clara Counties. The project is located at various locations on I-80 and I-280 in San Francisco County and on SR-17, SR-87, US-101, and I-880 in Santa Clara County. Work includes measures such as red enhanced reflective pavement markers, Type V arrow upgrades, chevron markings, wrong-way signs, one-way signs, limit lines, and high visibility crosswalk ladders. All work shall be limited to the paved roadway prism within Caltrans right of way.
