Document Description
The project consists of the development of a community park on approximately 3.47 acres of previously disturbed vacant land within the Town of Fort Jones. The site currently contains an abandoned concrete structure and basement that will be demolished and removed.
Project improvements include demolition and disposal of the existing concrete building and basement; minor site grading and preparation; installation of playground equipment and safety surfacing; construction of accessible pedestrian pathways; installation of benches, trash receptacles, signage, and related park amenities; and minor landscaping and site restoration activities.
