Document Description
Caltrans approves an encroachment permit for a private property owner to use ABS pipe material to transport Sewer by Open-Cut installation method on the asphalt surface. Work within Caltrans Right-of-Way includes trenching, saw cutting, and installing piping for the main sewer connection and cut-off wall, then backfilling, compacting, and repaving on State Route (SR) 1 at postmile 24.31, in the City and County of Ventura, as well as performing temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 96 inches, an average width of 36 inches, and a maximum length of 20 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
