Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Gas Company to perform work to replace 16 feet of 1-inch plastic pipe via cut and bore, as well as two (2) 3’x4’ cuts, one (1) 2’x3’ cut, and perform temporary traffic control activities on State Route (SR) 23, at postmile 14.23, in the City of Canoga Park, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 42 inches, an average width of 2 inches, and a maximum length of 38 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
