Document Description
Amendment to Port of Long Beach Tariff No. 4, Item 848 – Vessel Traffic Service User Fees. The Vessel Traffic Service, which provides 24-hour vessel traffic monitoring and navigational information to vessel operators within a 25-nautical mile arc extending from Point Fermin including outside anchorages. The proposed action establishes annual rate increases of 4.0% to Tariff Items 848(a) and 848(b) over three years commencing October 1, 2026 through October 1, 2028, a one-time rate increase of 4.0% to Tariff Items 848(c) subsections 1 through 5 effective October 1, 2026, and a new rate category for vessels at 360 meters Length Over All. All rates will be rounded to the nearest dollar.
