Document Description
Department of Water Resources ((DWR) staff will perform maintenance along the California Aqueduct (CAAQ) levee road near Cantua Creek. Erosions will be repaired using a bulldozer to breakdown, compact, & then filled with native material. Grassy vegetation will be removed using a mower & left on site. A new spoils area will be established using a masticator on a mower and a grader to clear woody vegetation. A water truck will be used for dust mitigation and to ensure proper soil moisture. Gravel pads will be added to existing roadway near MM 133.8 to stabilize heavily used areas. All access & work is within DWR right of way.
