The proposed project consists of a minor grading plan to address the grading violation for a residential parcel. The grading plan will permit previously completed, unauthorized grading. All earthwork has already occurred, and no additional grading or construction is proposed. The plan documents an even cut and fill of approximately 1,207 cubic yards on a 40-acre site, reflecting the work completed in the field. The site is vacant. Access would be provided by a private driveway connecting to Deer Springs Place, private road.
