Document Description
The proposed Project would include merging two parcels at 1030 and 1038 McKendrie Street, demolishing the existing surface parking lot and development, and constructing two new multi-family buildings containing 12 townhome-style units. Each townhome unit would be three stories with an attached garage on the ground floor. The Project would include a single 26-foot-wide driveway that provides ingress/egress to the site from McKendrie Street. An internal circulation road, which would be a private road, would provide access to each of the townhome garages. Six visitor parking spaces would be provided on the internal circulation road.
The Project would also include a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation to Mixed Use Neighborhood.
