Document Description
Request to plug and abandon the Orphan Hobson Well by cleaning out the well to remove debris, and then plugging it with cement and inert mud. After plugging, the well head would be removed, and any remaining well casings and surface conductors would be cut, the excavated areas backfilled with soil and properly compacted to prevent settling, and the surface is graded and restored.
