The County of Kings Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program (BPMP) 5945(125) Countywide project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the CEQA Guidelines. This section states that a project is exempt from CEQA if the activity consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographic features, involving negligible or not expansion of use. The project seeks to perform bridge preventative maintenance. Bridges will not be expanded/altered.
