Document Description
An existing vacant agricultural dairy facility in disrepair will be demolished and removed from a GEN-AG-40 zoned property in western Stanislaus County within Reclamation District 2092 bounds. Polebarns, fencing, accessory storage structures, manure infrastructure, concrete pads, aboveground utility connections and debris will be removed. Minimum extent of grading and backfilling necessary to demolish and restore existing grades, with no fill import. The site will be left in undeveloped condition with no subsequent development planned. The purpose is to remove the obsolete structures from the floodplain to benefit the environment.
