The project is request for Sacramento County to enter into a Release and Quitclaim Deed to correct the incorrect legal description that was recorded as Exhibit A of California Open Space Easement Agreement No. 2025-AP-002, dated October 21, 2025. The project corrects a previously recorded error, and as such, it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the proposed project may have a significant impact on the environment and is therefore exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
