Document Description
The Ethanac Road Pipeline project consists of replacement of approximately 1,600 linear feet of 20-inch potable water pipeline in Ethanac Road between Trumble Road and Sherman Road. The pipe has been experiencing leaks and is nearing its end of use useful life.
It would also include the replacement of 180 linear feet of existing 8-inch and 12-inch diameter asbestos cement distribution pipeline connections on Sherman Road. The construction would include abandonment of the existing pipelines and replacement of cement-mortar lined and coated (CML&C) and asbestos cement pipes with polyvinyl chloride and CML&C pipe. Beneficiaries of this project are EMWD ratepayers.
