Reasons for Exemption
Class 1 because this project involves direct repairs to an existing structure that was previously damaged by wave action. Class 2 because the wave attenuation enhancement on the shoreline area lakeward of the revetment will be reconstructed and enhanced within the same footprint as the existing structure. The damaged sections of the revetment will also be reconstructed within the same existing footprint of that structure. Class 4 because the project consists of a minor alteration of land which does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees.
