Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), using state funding, is proposing to perform an asphalt rubber chip seal with isolated digouts. All paved pullouts, road connections and driveways will be treated with fog seal. All work will be performed within the existing roadway prism. No work will be performed on bridge decks.
