Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes the 0.10’ Cold Plane
and RHMA-G Project in Placer County on State Route 174, from Post Miles (PM) 0.10
to PM 2.88. The project includes cold planing 0.10 foot of existing asphalt concrete (AC) and replacing it with 0.10 foot of RHMA-G within the project limits. Additional work includes targeted dig-outs, miscellaneous dike repairs, and shoulder maintenance as needed to ensure roadway integrity.
