Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Fiber Asset Co LLC dba Zayo, authorizing Video Voice Data (VVD) to bore 333 Linear Feet and trench 6 Linear Feet to place new conduit and one Crown Castle vault, as well as perform temporary traffic control activities on State Routes (SR) 1 and 213, at post mile 13.112, in the City and County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 48 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 339 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
