Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Pacific Bell Telephone Company dba AT&T California to replace a defective pole and perform temporary associated traffic control activities within Caltrans right-of-way on State Route (SR) 33 at postmile 10.11 at Willy St., in the unincorporated community of Oakview in Ventura County. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 24 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 24 inches. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
