PLAN-ADR-26-0006 approved interior floor plan modifications to an existing cannabis facility. This project does not propose any new development, site modifications, or exterior improvements. Therefore, the project activity is covered by the commonsense exemption that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. Furthermore, there is no possibility that the project activity will have a significant effect on the environment and is not subject to CEQA.
