Document Description
The Master Construction Agreement for high voltage electric utility work was developed to utilize construction contractors with high voltage electric utility systems experience to support the operation and maintenance of the electric system and to be responsive to customer needs, address infrastructure repairs and improvements in a timely fashion, and establish access to contractors for immediate response should an emergency event occur. The Master Agreement will be valid for a period of up to six years. The projects implemented under this Master Construction Agreement will not result in an expansion of an existing use, will have the same purpose and will not modify the purpose of the existing systems.
