Document Description
Special Use Permit No. PSP 26-013 would allow the establishment and operation of a contractor's storage yard on Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 195111021 to support an off-site landscaping business. The Project involves construction of a 3,600squarefoot metal shop building and installation of an on-site wastewater treatment/septic system. The proposed use would include parking and storage of up to twelve pickup trucks, twelve cargo/flatbed trailers, lawn service equipment and mowers, employee parking, and related site access and circulation improvements. Site improvements include driveway and access upgrades, utilities, lighting, fencing, screening, landscaping, storm water management and drainage facilities, and other features shown on the approved site plan. A 20footwide all weather gravel road would provide access to the shop building. An open parking area would be located south of the shop building, sloped gently to direct storm water to an existing animal enclosure/pen located within the project parcel.
