Document Description
California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) HM-1 Highway Maintenance pavement project in Sacramento County on Route 104 that will perform dig-outs and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay, grind and overlay of 0.10’ Cold Plane AC Pavement/Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt-Gap Graded (RHMA-G) and Shoulder Backing along the corridor of Route 104 from Postmile 0.5 to 4.6. Noncompliant existing curb ramps will be upgraded based on ADA requirements. Working near the two existing railroads will require obtaining a Maintenance and Consent Letter from Union Pacific railroad and Central California Traction Company to proceed with the pavement work.
