Document Description
Caltrans proposes a project that will consist of cold planing asphalt concrete pavement, placing HMA (Type A), replacing asphalt concrete surfacing, installing a PCC slab for ADA, and replacing pavement delineation. All work will be within the existing State right of way. Equipment staging will be confined to paved surfaces and existing non-vegetated turnouts. Construction Area Signs and Portable Changeable Message Signs will tentatively be placed between Men-101-PM 81.4/82.7 with negligible soil disturbance. The purpose of the project is to preserve the integrity of the roadway and the traveling public will benefit from this project.
