Document Description
Caltrans proposes a project that will consist of an 0.08' RHMA-Gap Graded Bonded Wearing Course overlay, reconstructing guardrail, replacing existing rumble strips, replacing asphalt concrete dike, placing new shoulder backing, and replacing high friction surface treatment. All work will be within the existing State right of way. Equipment staging will be confined to paved surfaces and existing non-vegetated turnouts. This project is needed in order to preserve the integrity of the roadway and the traveling public will benefit from this project.
