Document Description
Caltrans proposes to construct guardrail at two locations, Men-101-28.6 and Men-222-L0.5. Work includes removing the existing guardrail and crash cushions and installing guardrail systems consisting of concrete barrier transitions, transition railing, MGS, terminal systems, and vegetation control (minor concrete). Additional work includes removing and replacing dike, overside drains, and other incidental items. All work is within existing Caltrans Right of Way and the purpose of this project is to improve safety for motorists and to reduce the severity of collisions within the project limits. The traveling public will benefit from this project.
