Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to replace the existing 50-foot Class 4 wood distribution pole (1344568E) in its existing location with a new 50-foot Class 1 composite distribution pole outside the shoulder as well as perform temporary traffic control activities along SR-23 in the northbound (NB) direction at postmile (PM) 14.997, in the City of Moorpark, County of Ventura. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
