The proposed project consists of the approval of leases authorizing use of Camp San Luis Obispo training and support infrastructure for military-compatible activities in accordance with Camp San Luis Obispo Regulation 350-1. Authorized uses include: (1) training areas and ranges for tactical and skills-based instruction; (2) facilities, including existing buildings and structures for administrative, operational, and instructional purposes; and (3) grounds for field-based activities such as bivouacking and dismounted training.
