Document Description
The project consists of improvement along multiple right-of-way segments within the northern area of the City of Glendale bounded by Emanual Drive (south), La Crescenta Avenue (east), Lowell Avenue (west) and Sky Ridge Road (north). The scope of work improvements to these right-of-way corridors include: 1) Selective removal, repair, and reconstruction of damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, cross gutters, and alley aprons; 2) Selective removal, repair, and reconstruction of damaged asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements; 3) Installation of new ADA compliant curb ramps where none existed; and 4) Modification and reconstruction of existing ramps to meet current ADA standards.
