The project would construct an approximately 20,100-square-foot, single-story public library; with outdoor community programming areas, including patios, gathering spaces, and a children’s outdoor reading and play area; approximately 37 parking spaces; utility infrastructure; and circulation improvements for vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles. Realign a segment of the Truckee River Legacy Trail. Convert the Brockway Road/Palisades Drive intersection from the existing three-legged intersection to a four-legged intersection to provide direct access to the project site.
