Document Description
Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) identified an existing lift station within Lake Perris State Recreation Area (LPSRA) in need of repair. The station is located in Parking Lot 7, approximately 70’ northwest of the existing restroom within that lot. In addition, EMWD will install a security gate, five removable guard posts, and replace the existing block wall building with a sunshade structure in the vicinity of the lift station. The packaged lift station will be installed at a maximum of 36.18’, in accordance with existing structures. The security gate will be installed at a depth of 4’, and the removable guard post shall be installed to a maximum of 10”, with an additional 8” concrete footing below. All excavation activities will occur within already developed areas, causing little to no natural habitat disturbance.
