Document Description
The Project consists of pavement rehabilitation and the reestablishment of pavement delineations and markings in Palm St (Eighth Ave-Seventh Ave), Ninth Ave (Lime St-Cactus St), Hemlock Ave (Live Oak St-Juniper St), Victor Ave (Live Oak St-Juniper St), and Redwood Ave (Live Oak St-Juniper St) within the City of Hesperia. The Project would require a maximum depth of disturbance of two feet, all of which would occur within previously disturbed roadway areas. No additional right-of-way acquisition or temporary construction easements would be required for the Project.

The propose project consists of rehabilitation and replace and reconstruct existing roadway within public right-of-way. Section 15301(c), Class 1, Existing Facilities, allows for operation, repair, maintenance, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination but not limited to: existing highways and streets. Section 15302(c), Class 2 Replacement or Reconstruction, consists of replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced, including but not limited to: Replacement or reconstruction of existing utility systems and/or facilities involving negligible or no expansion of capacity.
