Document Description
The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for the construction and operation of a 4.95 MW photovoltaic solar energy generating facility on approximately 36 acres of an approximately 130-acre parcel. The project site, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 026-120-011, is located on the east side of Chowchilla Boulevard, approximately 500’ south of Road 15 in the Chowchilla area. The site also borders the southbound lanes of Highway 99 to the west. The facility will be interconnected to existing PG&E electric distribution lines that run parallel to Chowchilla Boulevard.
